Welding Pre-Employment Pre-Screen

The Pre-Screen Welder Validation will confirm for an employer the knowledge and welding skillset of a potential employee.

A TMEC Welding Specialist will conduct OH&S, basic welding knowledge and skills, plus technical drawing interpretation tests of a candidate. Businesses will be able to use the report to confirm an employee’s skillset standard when “onboarding” them into a workplace.
