GEMS Program

Build capacity for resilience and retention of women who have stepped into a traditionally male-dominated industry. Now taking registrations for GEMS Season 3 starting in August!

Empowering Women & Supporting Inclusiveness

The program is open to women in any sector (GEMS) to provide toolkits and networks that empower women and support inclusiveness. We also provide a half day workshop for industry leaders & managers (GEMS Coaches) to help them build an inclusive culture & facilitate retention of women in the workforce.

GEMS Workshops

By the end of the program participants will:

Have a better understanding of themselves.
Be inspired by leaders within the industry.
Have a wider network of relevant and connected peers.
Have a better understanding of the style which supports their employee to be most engaged.
Have a better understanding of the role they have in creating and maintaining a more inclusive workplace.
