2020 TMEC Annual Members’ Forum and Annual General Meeting
In an unprecedented year, TMEC was thrilled to be able to offer an extended program for our Annual Members’ Forum. In the past, we have used this opportunity to inform members of our activities and focus throughout the year. In 2020, the objective pivoted to provide an environment for members to reflect on the year of disruptions experienced by all as well as the opportunity to shape 2021 and beyond.
Guest speakers Todd Babiak (Brand Tasmania), Rob Guttentag (Rhino Racks Australia) and John Perry (Coordinator-General) provided many thought-provoking insights into branding, leadership and what lies ahead for Tasmania. The TMEC Annual General Meeting was held after the Members’ Forum.
The Forum followed TMEC’s Annual Members’ Dinner, hosted at Bayviews Restaurant, overlooking Burnie’s West Beach on Thursday the 5th November 2020. The goodwill and camaraderie experienced during the dinner was absolutely first class and flowed over into the Forum the following morning.
We received overwhelmingly positive feedback on the dinner venue, meal and content delivered during the Members’ Forum.
